英語面試技巧步驟及方法

首先要弄清楚，英文面試到底考查的是什么?請大家一定要記?。河⑽拿嬖嚳疾榈模皇悄愕目谡Z流利不流利，而是你的思路，以及你利用英文來交流的能力。畢竟，英語只是一個(gè)工具而已，真正有價(jià)值的，是這個(gè)工具背后你的思路。

但是，怎樣利用好英語這個(gè)工具，把你的思路準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)給對方呢?我想，這是絕大部分同學(xué)在英文面試時(shí)面臨的最大的問題，自己是這樣想的，但不知道用英文怎么說。這也是攻克英文面試要解決的核心問題。

結(jié)合我的英文面試經(jīng)歷，個(gè)人認(rèn)為，在進(jìn)行英文面試前，要先在以下方面作好準(zhǔn)備：

1、克服英語恐懼

這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)指的是，通過不斷的練習(xí)，建立起自己對英語的信心。其實(shí)，大家都學(xué)了這么多年英語，四六級基本都過了，到了這個(gè)時(shí)候，基本的英文對話能力應(yīng)該是沒問題的。只是因?yàn)?，你平時(shí)缺乏一個(gè)英語環(huán)境，說的太少，而在面試中突然遇到英文問題時(shí)，會難以適應(yīng)，說得嗑嗑叭叭。這方面，建議大家有時(shí)間多去一下英語角，或者參加一下英語協(xié)會、英語版組織的活動，多跟其他人用英語交流?？赡荛_始的時(shí)候會不適應(yīng)，張不開口。但是慢慢的你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，他們的英語并不見得比你好，差別只是在于，他們對自己充滿自信，敢說，而你不自信，不敢。如果時(shí)間緊急，還可以找一兩個(gè)英語好的朋友用英語一塊練習(xí)一下?？傊?，這一步的目標(biāo)不在于讓你的英語說的有多流利，而是讓你樹立對英語的信心，這是非常重要的。

3、準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)詞匯和素材

首先，看自己的英文簡歷，把簡歷中研究項(xiàng)目涉及到的專業(yè)詞匯查一下，把描述個(gè)人性格特點(diǎn)的單詞查一下，把簡歷中其他的重要單詞記下來，然后把它們記到腦子里。

然后，按照寶潔8道題的要求，去想自己相關(guān)的成功或失敗的例子，把它們翻譯成英文，記下來。這些都是你參加英文面試時(shí)很重要的素材。

總體來說，英文面試一般分為兩類，一類是全英文面試，另一類是整個(gè)面試中穿插一部分英文。前者難度較大，但只要好好準(zhǔn)備，也有希望;后者是大部分同學(xué)經(jīng)歷的面試形勢。另外，從面試對象來看，有老外面，也有中國人面，大多數(shù)同學(xué)面對的應(yīng)該還是中國人面英語。

外企面試的常見問題

對外企的英文面試應(yīng)該按照以下步驟來進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備：

(1) 預(yù)測問題。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不但能幫助你克服聽力困難，而且能緩解你在面試時(shí)候的緊張情緒。想象一下，如果總是Pardon, Excuse me，你怎么可能鎮(zhèn)定自若?

(2) 書寫答案。英語8級的牛人也會在英文面試時(shí)出現(xiàn)邏輯不清的情況，因?yàn)榱骼途袟l絕對不是同義詞。筆者的親身體會是，越是英語流利的牛人，越容易在面試的時(shí)候廢話連篇，邏輯混亂。

(3) 背誦答案。背誦三遍以內(nèi)是結(jié)巴，背誦十遍以內(nèi)是流利的背誦，而背誦二三十遍以上就不再是背誦，而是滔滔不絕的自由表達(dá)!

(4) 若有所思。面試的時(shí)候，在流利做答之前，別忘了做思索狀，再加上個(gè)well， let me see……

衡量一個(gè)回答是否精彩，只有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：這個(gè)回答中，體現(xiàn)了申請人的什么特征?這些特征是優(yōu)點(diǎn)還是缺點(diǎn)?如果是優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是否剛好適合所申請職位的優(yōu)點(diǎn)?

一、 Personal Information 關(guān)于個(gè)人信息的問題

1. What’s the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含義么?

問題分析：有些申請人的英文名字不合常規(guī)，比如叫King，或者Sushi，或者M(jìn)onk等等。面試官詢問這些申請人名字的含義，主要有幾個(gè)目的：第一，緩解面試的緊張氣氛; 第二，面試官也有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)好奇心; 第三，給申請人一個(gè)展示自己獨(dú)特個(gè)性的機(jī)會，因?yàn)楦矣诮o自己起獨(dú)特名字的人往往具有很獨(dú)特的個(gè)性，這些人希望引起別人的注意。

普通回答： Actually, Sushi is my nickname. My friends gave me this name because I like to eat the Japanese food sushi.

問題分析：當(dāng)代青年男女個(gè)性張揚(yáng)，所以連email地址也頗為獨(dú)特。令筆者或迷惑或微笑的email 地址有很多，比如neverlazy, bighead, lazyfish, 52n52n, yulovehong等等。與上一個(gè)問題一樣，善于交流的面試官往往樂于給你一個(gè)機(jī)會展示自己的個(gè)性。

較差回答： Lazyfish? Oh, I admire the goldfish for living an easy life. Compared to goldfish, human beings live a fast-paced life. So I chose this email address to make me feel a bit relaxed.

較差回答： 52n52n? oh, it means “I love you, I love you,” because 5 sounds like “I” in Chinese, and 2 for “l(fā)ove”, n for “you”. I registered this address to please my girlfriend, hehe.

3. Where are you from? Where is your hometown? 你是哪里人?家鄉(xiāng)在什么地方?

問題分析：很多老外在中國工作居住多年，甚至自詡為中國通，他們可能會順便問問你是哪里人，拉近和你的距離。

回答示范1： I was born and raised in the city of Wuhan. As far as I know, our company has a branch office near Hanzheng Street, and it’s quite a big office.

回答示范2： Well, my hometown is a small town which you probably have never heard of. The name of the town is Dehui, which means “good moral” in Chinese. You know, China looks like a rooster on the map, and the Northeast region looks just like the head of the rooster. My hometown “Good Moral Town” is unknown to most people because it’s quite poor. The average income for a family is less than one thousand RMB per month.

二、 Education 關(guān)于教育背景的問題

4. Why did you select your major area of study? 你為什么選擇了這個(gè)專業(yè)?

問題分析：外國面試官更喜歡提“為什么”的問題，他希望申請人是一個(gè)有主見的人。

回答示范1： I was quite good at mathematics and physics back in high school so I chose a related major, Telecommunications. I also applied for the major of computer science. You know, these two majors are the hottest these years.

回答示范2： As a matter of fact, I didn’t select the major of Geography Education at all, because I have never wanted to be a teacher. 問題分析：與中國面試官一樣，對于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，外國面試官經(jīng)常問問有關(guān)學(xué)業(yè)方面的問題。面試官喜歡的申請人，是對自己專業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析得頭頭是道的人。

回答示范1： I liked Marketing Principles and Sales Management because the two courses provided us with the most up-to-date information on marketing and sales, including the origin and development of some famous brands, Pepsi, Nestle, and the local brands, Lining, Wang-lao-ji and so on. I felt that I already stepped into the business world when studying these courses. They were fantastic!

回答示范1： My least favorite courses include Marxism and Revolutionary History of China. I don’t like these subjects not because I am not a patriot─actually I love my country and I am fascinated by its revolutionary history. However, these subjects turned out to be disappointments as the textbooks and the ways they were taught were nothing but a repetition of the history subjects in our secondary school.

回答示范1： Well, I think the most important thing I have learnt in university is how to set appropriate goals and see them through. You know it is so easy for university students to waste time if they don’t set goals, so I set demanding goals to motivate myself. One is that I decided to get scholarships each year, the other one is that I decided to be the leader of a club on campus. Neither was easy, but in more than three years, I managed to achieve both. 回答示范： So far, my tuition and living expense are around 40,000 RMB. My parents offer two thirds of it and I pay the rest of it. I have been granted scholarship three times, making 5,000 RMB in total. Teaching and other part-time jobs made another 5,000.

會計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)生面試技巧

面試前

面試前要先預(yù)想主考官會問的問題，并準(zhǔn)備謹(jǐn)慎而有條理地回答。事先有準(zhǔn)備的人，表情和肢體語言比較篤定從容，且具備較好的回應(yīng)能力。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生由于缺乏面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可事先找朋友練習(xí)面試技巧。面試時(shí)最好提前10分鐘到達(dá)地點(diǎn)，先去洗手間放松一下，整理一下思路，還可最后檢查一下自己的儀容，整理因擠公車而弄亂的發(fā)型，女士還可趁機(jī)補(bǔ)補(bǔ)妝。

面試禮儀

面試務(wù)必要準(zhǔn)時(shí)，一進(jìn)公司就是面試的開始，對人要客氣有禮，秘書或接待人員都可能影響到你是否能得到這份工作。面試前應(yīng)關(guān)掉手機(jī)和傳呼機(jī)，若當(dāng)著主考官的面關(guān)掉，更可顯出你的誠懇。注意自己坐姿，節(jié)制不該有的小動作。與主考官保持視線的接觸，但不要緊盯著對方的眼睛，眼神切勿亂瞟亂看。

主考提及你是否有問題時(shí)，一定要把握機(jī)會發(fā)問，以表現(xiàn)自己對這份工作的強(qiáng)烈興趣，但要就工作內(nèi)容、人事規(guī)章等范圍發(fā)問，不要離題太遠(yuǎn)。
